Place Ravioli into boiling water straight from the freezer until they begin to float.
– Remove Ravioli with a slotted spoon never dump them into a colander to prevent them from bursting.
– Saucing the Ravioli by adding them to the pot of the sauce not dumping the sauce on top of the pasta to serve.
